ASTROLOGY THEOLOGIZED: THE SPIRITUAL HERMENEUTICS OF ASTROLOGY AND HOLY WRITA Treatise upon the Influence of the Stars on Man and on the Art of Ruling Them by the Law of Grace. Translation and long prefatory essay by Anna Kingsford, from the original by Valentine Weigelius, 1649. George Redway, London, 1886. 121 pp.

Information: This work by Valentine Weigelius, translated by Anna Kingsford, was already in the Internet in the site: http://www.passtheword.org/DIALOGS-FROM-THE-PAST/weigel.htm – without, however, any reference to the fact that the translation was done by Anna Kingsford, and also without her prefatory essay. Only the publication date was given there: 1886. This does not speak well of this site. We do not know exactly the reasons of this omission. Apparently; however, it is due to some form or mere sectarianism.

That the Outward Man, how eminent soever in all Naturall and Politicall Sciences, is to bee denied, and die in us; and, that the Inward Man, by the Light of Grace, through profession and practice of a holy life is to be acknowledged and live in us: Which is the onely means to keep the true Sabbath in inward holiness, and free from outward pollution.
